Valentino is a nice, young landlord, usually returns calls, it can get noisy, Im in the middle of trying to adjust to having the garbage man infront of my windows on the side street of Willow at 5am in the morning!!!! because there is a futon shop accross the way and they get garbage picked up every weekday!! from time to tim there are loud homeless people on the sidewalks, but its not that common, no prostitutes or drug dealing going on, so its pretty safe for a realllllly reasonable price, well lit, they JUST finished repainting the place it looks great, nice marble interior, had to move to another studio though because my next door neighboor thought it was appropriate to have a huge subwoofer while he listened to his mexican music all day, the whole wall of my studio would vibrate, i asked him several times, he wouldnt stop, it wasnt pleasant at all. ALL animals are allowed in the building, and this is a wonderful thing, provided your neighbors dog isnt to loud. Im happy here, great location 47 and 49 bus is always stopping infront of the building and the 38 is a block and a half up, you can get anywhere especially caltrain, only takes 20 minutes on the 47, so my commute is pretty easy.
