High rent, you don't get what you pay for

This building mostly has studios. OK space, but the rents are very high ($1100 starting for most units) and you'd expect to get a little more bang for your buck. Tenants are very noisy and play their music too loudly (the walls are not very thick). The common areas are a little smelly and the elevator breaks down often (at least 10 times in the past year). Homeless people live in the abandoned storefront next to the building, which is a huge eye sore (they're scary looking people). They also leave their garbage and crap behind. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
