Be very careful when you move out of this building that you aren't charged for cleaning - no matter how clean your apartment is when you move out. You'll likely be charged twice for the same cleaning; once by the building's cleaning service and again by the painters as part of their "prep" work. Other than that, the building is filthy, especially the hallway carpeting and windows. Also extremely dark and gloomy and desperately in need of basic repairs upgrades.
