Yes, the neighborhood is extremely noisy. You move into it knowing that there is a high volume of people as well as cars.

EXCELLENT LANDLORD - My husband and I lived here summer of 2000 to summer of 2001 Apt. 401. It was great. The landlord was absolutely the best landlord ever. The building was always clean and we felt safe. He would fix any problems in the apartment in a timely fashion. He cared about his tenants. Very hard working. Great person.
