Nice, reasonably priced, clean and good mgr. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   I lived there for one year. Nice, clean, good neighbors. Small studios, but well priced. Top floors with great views. Jack is the BEST MANAGER I've had in an apartment building. Highly recommended! Tenant 1997-1998.
