Alamo Square Apartments

nice place, but property manager is difficult. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   While I love my apartment, its new appliances are great and having a washer and dryer rule, the property manager is hard to work with. I have gotten to the point that I avoid to call when I have problems. I understand he came in new but he had to have some training, right' When I was locked out, I felt like I couldn't call him without feeling guilty about it. He also asked why he was he was charging us so much. Exactly my thoughts but then did not offer to lower the rent. ''''''' The maintance guy is quick to respond and does a good job but sometimes I feel like he almost growls at me. Perhaps he is disgrunteled. But I do love the apartment. Lots of windows and feels safe. Feels like home.
