Alamo Square Apartments

Used to be nice place...then the noisy people came From: lostincosmos Date posted: 11/2/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   My girlfriend and I lived in these apartments for around 1.5 years. When we moved in, we like the fact they were new, had all the appliances and a washer/dryer in the unit. Aside from our downstairs neighbor who played loud/bass heavy music all the time it was good. Well, even though that resident moved out, more of his type have showed up in the last 4 months or so. People playing guitars at midnight, parties going on until 2 am.... This is a nice place, but its just not built to handle loud music and parties. You can hear peoples stereos two floors up... ummm no thanks.... ed, the maintenance guy is good and will help with whatever he can. the building is nice looking and is clean and secure but make no mistake, though the place itself is safe, you are in the hood here. Gang shootings have happened on the Fillmore side. Nice place, and the rents are coming down from what we paid, but until the apartment manager gets off his rear end the quiets the place down, find somewhere else to live.
