I think the other reviews of this building are wrong: I think they are intended for 988 Fulton, not 1200. Our building (at 1200 Fulton) is well managed, very clean and proudly taken care of by the owners: Wachter Investments. The resident building manager, Cal, is attentive and responsive, although he has limited patience for fools, as we all do! Very recently I have benefitted from a rental reduction due to the slide in the market. This has happened whilst they have been repainting the corridors and installing Christmas decorations and planters. It is grat to see an effort to maintain high standards even in difficult times. The rooms in our building are larger than any other similar building (and price range) I have seen in SF.
