Pleasant experience ... but yes ... noisy From: rcolaco Date posted: 8/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   If you can't handle a lil bit of extra noise in the middle of the night (especially weekends), don't live here. If you can't handle a lil higher rent than other places, don't live here. Underground parking cost $200 or probably more per month. I was locked in at $150 per month for my 3 years but that's still a lot! My rent ranged between $1400 to $1800 per month for a 1BDR. Otherwise, this place is fantastic. I lived here for 3 years!!! Probably one of the longest living residents ... went through 4 office managers. It is very clean ... well maintained ... courteous office managers ... prompt maintanence. Neighborhood is very nice towards Steiner ... and can get ugly towards Fillmore. Super easy access to Muni ... the Haight, Castro, etc. Wow ... what a night life! Another huge drawback ... the Fell street exit is closed ... that was the quickest route to get home from 101N. Now it is a nightmare to get home from 101N. I moved out a week after the closure and boy ... am I grateful.
