It is a very modern apt complex that still boasts San Francisco architecture. It is built on a hill adjacent to the famous Alamo Square Park where the postcards of the sister Victorian houses with the skyline in the background were taken. It is off the 22 and 5 bus lines. It is very safe. The entire place is gated and can only be opened with a Medco key. The courtyard is nice and the flowers are always fresh. Some apartments on the east side have downtown skyline views. If anything breaks, it is fixed right away. Deposit was less than one months rent. If you have animals, they only charge a small deposit rather than a monthly charge. Lots of amenities, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave. All new appliances. Overall, I love it. I looked at some other places before this one and it was more money and they were old, smelled and the bathrooms and kitchens were gross! Also, the property manager is real cool and easy to work with. If you have a car, there is an enclosed garage underneath which has an elevator to the main floor. I recommend it.
