TERRIBLE! From: redrammer Date posted: 6/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I used to live here and I would not advise anyone to live in this apartment complex, or that neighborhood generally. The reason: my wife was shot one block away (McAllister and Webster intersection), in a random shooting at my car. The police have not caught the person who did it. The police also informed us that this was the 4th shooting in the neighborhood in the last 4 months. Aside from the neighborhood being unsafe, the management is terrible. They were unoccomodating and downright nasty when we tried to break our lease. Parking garage it too expensive, considering the gate is broken half the time and not patrolled anyway. Security seems to come and go as they please and does not patrol, just sits in the office. The building may look nice and new but it is not worth risking your safety, or your sanity dealing with the incompetent management.
