I have lived in this complex for almost 6 months and they are now converting the building into a TIC. They are kicking out anyone who is not willing to purchase their apartments and only compensating $1000!
I live in a Jr. One Bedroom and there is no way I am going to purchase this small piece of property in a building that will be under rennovation for 3 months!
I would not reccommend this complex to anyone.
They allowed people to sign new leases, even month to month with the full knowledge that the building was in escrow and going to be shut down before the end of the year!!!!
Not the best company practice, I would say...
The neighborhood to the west of the complex is great. (Alamo square), but if you go one block East, you are in the projects and in dangerous areas. Safety is definitly a concern.

This guy is telling the truth. Impending evictions, massive construction, noise & construction workers everywhere 24/7 for about a month now. Management was cool & helpful, but they forced him to leave, replaced him with a non-responsive sleezeball & the whole property is under new ownership. do yourself a favor & live elsewhere
