Building is a 12 story building in the heart of the Tenderloin. THe neighborhood is gradually getting better. Management staff are not very capable. You need to be your own advocate to get anything done. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2001 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1999 The buildings population is only for senior and disabled individual who are able to qualify for Project Base Section 8. And the building owners are trying to dump the property onto the City so the City cn maintain affordability for the 200 residents. After the change of ownership the building will be rehabbed. That idea does not seem to be to appealing.
