From: hobo1940@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 3/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008   THE ALEXIS APTS.ARE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH, AS THERE IS NO EXHAUST FAN FOR THE KITCHEN, AND WHEN YOU COOK, YOUR APT.FILLS UP WITH SMOKE,THE ST.PASTRICK'S PARISH/JOHN STEWART CO REFUSES TO INSTALL ANEXHAUST FANS TO THE OUTSIDE,THEIR THEORY IS YOUR LUNGS CAN SUCK OUT THE GASES,DO NOT MOVE HERE.UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK ALL THE TIME.THE APT.MGR HAD A LAUNDRY INSTALLED IN THE GARAGE,AND WHEN IT IS ON THE EXHAUST IS NEXT TO THE HEATER INTAKE AND ALL THE LINT ETC.FROM THE DRYER IS PUMPED THROUGHOUT THE BUIDING,ESPECIALLY THE DINING ROOM,WHEN YOU EAT HERE YOU GET WHATEVER IS COMING OUT OF THE DRYER EXHAUST.AND THE CITY APPROVES THIS.
