I don't think an anynomous, 2004 review that was from someone who never lived there and talks about suicide is a decent or fair review. Let's be fair and honest about these reviews people!
Many significant improvements have taken place in the last 7 months I've lived here - and the staff works very hard to make everyone happy and satisfied. The location and services (post office, starbucks, etc all in the building) are great and as newer, more affluent people move in the sophistication of the tenants continues to improve. Some studios have too many renters, which causes a density problem and over-loads the laundry facilities - but I like living here enough that I don't regret my choice 7 months ago... If Twitter moved in across the street on Market this place will be book solid and rents will continue to increase. Move here now...

I agree somewhat. The view was awesome. Really the only truly terrible aspect of living there was the poor management. It can really make day to day life a hassle when you have to deal with nasty managers and the dejected staff under them.
