Bad points:Very small apartments, management tends to be petty. There's a definite sense they want you out as fast as possible so they can cycle the place. Directly across from a park which often has loud concerts until 2 AM, and since they're all city functions calling the cops does no good. :(

Good points:One of the few places to accept cats. Rented to me even though I had some credit issues at the time. Nice central location. Amusing 'wildlife' in the surrounding area, if you like people who talk to Martians. Only slightly price-gougy convenience store in lobby, very useful on a Sunday afternoon when you desperately need one thing and don't want to trek to Safeway.
