We've lived at Fox Plaza for a little over a year now. . . While we love living there (convenient location, amazing views, no gym memberships, recently rennovated), Fox Plaza continues to be seriously delusional about their rental prices. We actually got a rent *increase* this year to our already overpriced one bedroom.

The "move in specials" might get people in, but the high, increasing rents won't keep them. We're planning to move as soon as school is finished to a much larger 2 bedroom for the same price, in a nicer, more lively neighborhood.
