No bang for your buck here, unless you spend all of your time looking out the window. The views are great but don't nearly make up for the exhorbitant rent, the nasty, rude and incompetent staff, paper thin walls, Lilliputian apartments and all the other problems noted in other reviews. For almost $2000 a month one can find much better apartments with real amenities in safer areas. Spare yourself the torment of living in Fox Plaza, look elsewhere or you will regret it for the length of your lease. The 12 floors of office space below the apartment floors affect quality of life issues. Commercial tenants are given obvious preference, we were given a whole 45 minutes to move out using the freight elevator. Forget about getting all of your deposit back, normal wear and tear is not in the management's vocabulary. The best part was the parking garage and staff who were always pleasant and actually acted like human beings.
Don't be an idiot like I was, look elsewhere, there are real reasons why Fox Plaza always has vacancies.
