From a Past tenant. One of the best ..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived at Fox Plaza from '97-'00. due to a job related relocation, i moved out of the bay area. however, allow me to make some comments: 1. Fox Plaza is perfectly suitable for single young male tenant working in the financial district. it is close to Muni and walking distance to City Hall. however it may not be good for female tenant as 10th & Market may not be perceived as neighborhood friendly for female tenants(some homeless folks concentrate). 2. Staff. i am speaking from an experience three years ago. the maintenance and leasing staff were very helpful and i found them to be one of my better renting experience. again, this was 3 years ago. 3. Rent. i rented a 12/floor full bay view one bedroom unit and paid $1,275 (inclusive of garage parking). very good deal. however, in 2002, i noted that the same unit goes for $1,600 (without parking). my humble opinion is, if this unit goes for $1,400 inclusive of parking, I feel the price is right.
