Sure it's conveniently located to downtown, but so are the "hotels" south of Market. I'd recommend the 45 minute BART ride to a dignified apartment in Walnut Creek over this box of ---- any day. And if you want to park your car in the garage, prepare for theft and vandalism several times per year--and monthly parking payments approaching that of a new car. Again, this place sucks donkey balls and ----, figuratively (and perhaps literally a time or two in the elevator).

One more thing, if an earthquake hits, be sure you have life insurance. I know for fact that the owner of the building refused to spend the required money to sufficiently retrofit it for life-safety standards (a real cheap greedy selfish bastard). Therefore he cannot rent office space to certain govenment agancies.
