Just Say No From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived in Fox Plaza for one horrible year - 2002-2003. Read carefully for clues - Clue #1 - lots of vacancies and seemingly great deals. Clue #2 - Your rent is directly deposited from your bank account so you can't bolt. Clue #3 - The smile fades from their face as soon as you sign the lease. I was unlucky enough to have foreign party freaks next to me on one side and domestic violence on the other. All pleas for help were ignored - once they have you there is really nothing you can do. You would do much better to find something far away from there if possible. I got over it and tried my best to enjoy SF, but living there actually drove me away from San Francisco - if this is what the people are like then they can have it. I am extrememly happy and living on the East Coast now - thanks to Fox Plaza. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now and finally have closure. If I could stop one person from moving in then I feel I've done some good. One last thing - after doing some digging I found that they are not really sure if that building is on land fill or not. All I can say is I would not want to be there during an earthquake!
