don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The staff was very friendly to my face but once I left they charged me a whole lot of money for no good reason. I've heard of others that have had this problem.. they like to take as much money as they can from you. These apartments are WAY overpriced.. you can find better for cheaper elsewhere. This area is littered with homeless people.. along van ness, there's actually a whole crowd of them sleeping. Pretty sketchy. Seriously, don't live here. And since this is a lively area(parades, city hall, civic center, etc).. don't expect peace and quiet. It's pretty noisy. They'll tell you that since you live so high up, you won't be able to hear the noise but that's bs. You can hear people yelling from the ground level. It's absurd. The gym is actually just a small room with a bunch of weights in it.. maybe a machine, or two. The night attendants are creepy and rude... except Orlando. He's the best ever.
