Horrible, Horrible, and more horrible

I broke my lease two months early, paid over $2000 to do so, and I wish that I had never lived there. The only thing that the Fox Plaza has going for it is that it has convenient access to public transportation and the financial district. But other than that - I lived in a small studio, paid $1300 a month for 1960's appliances, and then paid another $155 a month to park my car, because there is no safe street parking within a 3 block radius. But if you don't mind the drug addicts and homeless people surrounding your car at night, then by all means, look for street parking. The management company is horrendous, and don't try and accomodate you at all. And the mail situation is bad - you have to pick up packages in two different places, and if you wait too long to pick it up, then you geta lovely wake up call at 6:00AM reminding you to do so. Don't live here unless you are stupid, like I was.
