Good for some people... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I was there for 7 months in 2000. Couldn't complain but there are definitely pros and cons... pro: Fair price for being in the middle of the city, apartments interior are nice, cool facing the bay, nice being near Bart and Market st. cons: Civic Center area is freaking shady, the style of the apartments is VERY compact so you feel like you might be in a jail cell, I was in a studio it was very small.
