From: timeisup Date posted: 10/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   I have read these reviews and some are accurarte with others seem to be mad about something so they say the place is no good. Here are my reviews after two years. Pros...very convienient...excellent location for Muni, Bart,...great views...friendly neighbors, neighbors quite... Cons...Quite neighbors dont help this place...the noise is incredible..one review talked about the constant emergency vehicles..its correct, you cant hear your TV its so loud and bad..also, they have decided to redo all the apartments...all day long you will hear banging and hammering...if you complain to the office they just smile...'' I have decided to move out, as the noise level with the construction has become unacceptable..PS: and the rents not cheap either..
