I moved in September 1 and I really don't have anything bad to say. I do know ownership and management changed at some point around mid summer and from what I can tell they have it together and are friendly. It seems like they only hire friendly people who are very responsive. The building is being updated somewhat but nothing gets in my way and anything major is posted in advance. My apartment has been updated and I've been told they're updating all of them including the common areas. I like the location, parking is great and I'm just surprised reading some of the other negative ads. Maybe that was old management. I must concur about the city resuce vehicle noise. It is ridiculous but it's because of the stupid city rescue drivers. They make all kinds of wierd noises with their sirens and you can tell they're playing around and not on the way to an emergency. I've even seen them racing each other late at night. So complain to our local police precincts and elected officials. The SFPD could use a sprucing up as it is! Overall, Fox Plaza is a winner for me!

If this person is happy, I'm happy for them, but I wonder what they have to say 3 months later.
