Do not move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   I have lived in the building for 7 years. The new owners are horrible. I live in a penthouse apartment. My ceiling was leaking for 5 weeks straight before they attempted to even look at the roof. I am worried about mold and other contaminents growing under carpets and in the ceiling and can't get them to respond to my concerns. It's time to move. Even the quality of tenants has shifted. Lots of section 8s.
