I have lived in San Francisco for over 10 years, and I am a short-term visitor to Fox Plaza. It appears the managers are trying to improve the property - new paint, carpet, furnishings - and they seem like nice, decent people. The building is very convenient to transportation and to downtown SF.
One thing I have learned from living in this City, and this is born out from many of the other comments on this site, is that this City attracts complainers. So many San Franciscans seem to want something for nothing - I guess that's how rent control made it here.
