Fire alarm goes off frequently, floor smells like a marijuana factory, laundry room as of right now has 4 broken washing machines and 2 broken dryers and is dirty. Have had car broken into many times. It is across the street from TWO homeless shelters. Dont get me wrong on the parking there is ample if you dont mind having all the homeless helping themselves to your car. When they changed the locks on the doors they put my locks on wrong so they could be unscrewed from the hallway. i called them to fix them but they were already gone.

The washers and dryers were replaced with new equpiment.
