I love my apartment.

We moved in on the last day in February. From the start Fox plaza has been a great place to live. We have a one bedroom with hardwood floors and granite in the kitchen and bath. The view ROCKS!!! To be honest I haven't heard any noise and the people who live on my floor are all very nice. I have only had to call for maintenance once. I went down to the office and they put it in the computer. I came home from work and the problem was gone. Ok... there are homeless outside but I have never seen them in the building. It's San Francisco. Get over it. Tell me where you can live in San Francisco Have a million dollar view, a Starbucks, Post Office, Deli, Dry-cleaning, all in the lobby and well appointed apartments and a convenient location for under 2500 a month'' We have a car and park it in the garage. It costs 175.00 a month. There hasnāt been a problem yet. The Laundry room is/was broken' Well, we have a washer/dryer. It works great. The building does look old on the outside. Not a big fan of the brown. The lobby has marble all around and a fountain too. Everyone that has come over has always had good things to say.
All in all, I am happy. I just feel sorry for the people who didn't live in my apartment. Again, it rocks!
