Nice complex downtown From: gemster43 Date posted: 10/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Pros: I got lucky and have a really nice new (completely) remodeled unit. Nice building, nice views from balcony. Washer/dryer unit inside! Close to all the nice shops on hayes. Right next to BART. Cons: Not in the best of areas (not In, but close to the TL), not a lot of cheap/good food around
