What A View!!! From: cireem@comcast.net Date posted: 5/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved into Archstone Fox plaza & from Archstone City place (souther cali.) 2 weeks ago & I am happy. Archstone takes property management & customer service seriously & I highly recomend this company. I am on the top floor (29th floor), & have an awesome view of the city & can even see the Golden gate. My place also has a woodburning fireplace...ever heard of that in a highrise building' My unit also has a large walk in closet & pergo flooring. Neighbors are for the most part quiet, respectful & friendly. The neighborhood is...not so great & the noise from siren's on the street can be a bit much....but this is URBAN LIVING!!! You get used to it gradually. Parking is easy for residents, at $185/month...its a bargain. No problems there either. The subway is a block away & from there you can reach just about anyplace in the bay area. Also, keep in mind that for any serious, ligitimate issues the corporate offices of Archstone are just a 800 call away...& management takes those calls very seriously. I ended getting a free months rent due to a fairly minor issue related to my move move-in.
