I have lived here for six months, and I have been assaulted by a homeless person right outside the building in the late afternoon, my car was broken into the "secure" garage downstairs, and my friends are afraid to come by at night, because it is so poorly lit and has homeless people everywhere. I moved here from Boston, and think downtown SF is completely disgusting. They need to clean up the homeless. The building has inadequate security for a downtown building, especially for the homeless problem right next door.

marie bartee lives in this apt complex.. I wonder if this is a good investment if there are bums all arount
