way the place is managed. The staff don't stay long, so no one gets to know the residents or to take a longer term view. Customer service is generally poor. Staff don't follow through on promises. The refits are cheaply done: faux 'wooden' floors aren't conducive to good sound-proofing, and there is evidence of penny-pinching all over the place. The stench from the trash shutes is mighty powerful.
