Pros: Wood floors, balconies, and large closets.
Cons: Smelly, pot smokers everywhere, way too many government funded residents that have no income, loud elevators, always crowded, noisy neighbors, lack of security, old gym, and insane check out procedures.
Upon moving out I was charged a $120 cleaning fee and $220 to pain my unit. My unit was kept in perfect condition, I am a clean freak. My $199 move in deposit turned into a bill. Everyone be prepared to pony up money when you leave because they charge everyone to clean and repaint, no matter what.

Yes, Indeed too many gov. funded tenants. The wood floors are not a plus if you live beneath them. Au contrair.
If you live next to a smoker (pot or otherwise), it will smell as if the smoker were in your room.

Too many for what? It's the non-govt. funded tenants who have nasty dogs and cats that piss on the elevator floors and get the eviction notices all the time. The "gov. funded tenants" may not be able to smoke (tobacco or pot) or buy you a new car, but their rent is paid on time.
