It's going downhill fast

Aurora Yerba Buena is going downhill fast. There's a new manager and she doesn't care about the place. It's now much dirtier than before, and there's now graffiti and there are some shady characters living here. And the neighborhood is as dangerous as ever.
Many, many car break-ins in the parking lot, and a pile of cut bicycle locks.
Neighborhood nightclub lets out at 2:00 AM and hundreds of drunk, loud, rowdy people come down the street.
Stay away!
