Mgmt and Parking - Major Issues From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   This building has two major problems that should be considered before renting here - Management Staff and Parking. The Management is very rude and not helpful, as the other reviews attest. Every complaint or concern is quickly dismissed with the statement, "Gee, no one else has complained about that." EVERYTIME! Parking is also a nightmare. With the opening of Whole Foods, tenant parking is limited to a single floor. This would not be a problem, except for Aurora renting out the garage to day-parkers. If you leave the building after 8am, you will have to wait for the valet to move several of the over 40 double-parked cars. If you come home during the day, you must become one of the double-parked. Of course, when I complained about this, the response was, "Gee, No only else has complained about it." Be forewarned!!
