Don't make the mistake of thinking that the building is good because the neighborhood is convenient and well-located.

One problem with living in this complex was the rude management, who is not interested in listening to residents but rather isolating them and denying the problems.

The nail in the coffin for me to move out was the parking situation.
Remember, that you are liabile for damages that are more likely to be caused because of narrow passages resulting from over-stuffing of cars.
The residents are being squeezed for parking, and management tries to diffuse the situation with a so-called valet service. Well, the valet's job is not really to ensure that you get your car in time but to pack in as many cars as possible. It is a nightmare to get your car in and out and is not worth the money at all. The garage opposite might be a better option.

This must be a person that is being asked to move and must be angry. The management is very good. Maybe they should try living in the other complexes that have poor management. They will find the difference between great and poor.

I am completely in agreement with the Reviewer and I also live here! The building is small territory compared to others and the maintenance staff are a bunch of drunk slackers with a horrible attitude--they do the work when they feel like it, not when customers/need stuff done. Parking is so ridculous that I went to another garage! The gym sucks and they don't clean it!

I agree with the poor parking. Management is forced to pack cars in because the owner needs the money. What happened to this building since the manager left????
