The manager left after almost two years. I have lived her almost since the building was opened. The manager was firm and fair with everyone and that's why we stayed here. At least she kept the place clean. Since she left the atmosphere is changed and so has the building. The fitness center is filthy. They say you can grill on the sun deck, but the grill is so full of rotten food, you will get sick. The trash smells like rotten food and the dryers are broken most of the time. The lobby is embarrassing with dirty carpet and dusty furniture. I am embarrassed to bring a guest for dinner. You can read the others comments about the parking because I sold my car after it was broken into. The maintenance man is rarely there and you now have to wait if your toilet is broken. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor in the bathroom. I would rather pay more in another building to get better service with a security at the desk. The girl in the front desk had her purse stolen. The neighborhood is not safe after 9:00, so plan on staying in after dark. Whole Foods loves to do repairs after the store closes, so plan on jackhammering into the night or early in the morning. Find another place to live that gives you more for your money.
