This place is going down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   1. Parking sucks: no assigned parking spots. 2. Gym machines have been nonfunctional for ages: no repair 3. Management sucks. There is a new manager. TBA 4. Safety sucks: just recently 3 cars were broken into in one night! Where were the patrol people (as promised)' They collect $200/month for parking and provide no security 5. You pay $$$$$$ and still they give you an attitude, like you owe them something! Unbelievable. 6. The laundry machines on the 4th floor always have problems. 7. If you live on the 4th floor, you can hear the noise from the garage beneath you. This place is now only a shadow of what it used to be. I've been here for years and recently I have been watching the place going down fast. Unless the new manager fixes the problems quickly, I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up.
