I agree..... From: Gary788 Date posted: 7/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We rented here because of the old manager. This place is now a dump. The rents are going up and the place is going dowm. Don't get sucked in the the lower rent when signing up. When the lease is up, so does the rent. Heard there are changes AGAIN in the front desk' Parking is $200.00 a month and gates are broken most of the time. There is no security in the front and strangers follow people into the elevator. There was a man sleeping in the computer room. Not a safe area to walk at night. Maintenance are friendly, when you see one.
