Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Parking spots: horrible
Gates:closed to residents, open to thieves!
Security: disaster!

Noise: distubing
Management: annoying and rude

Maintenance: super-slow
Price: super-high

Stay away. I'll be out of here as soon as lease is over and will never look back.
