Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I/we have been here since Oct 2004 and haven't had one problem but the parking. I have a handicap and always have to ask someone to move a car out of a space so I can park. I do believe that if we pay $200 we should have an assigned spot on 2nd or 3rd. Other than that have had absolutly no problems. It is noisy on the 4th street side due to the highway but I knew that, not that bad.
