RENTS ARE TOO HIGH!

The new manager is now raising the rents again. They get you to move in offering a special rate, then raise it as much as $300.00 when your lease ends. When you try to talk to her, she plays like she doesn't know and needs to call someone higher. Try calling someone higher to discuss the problem and get a voice mail that is never returned. I am tired of the games and will be moving to a professionally managed building. There are no improvements being made, so why the increase'''
