The staff that work here are very nice and honest. They try to help out as much as they can whenever they can. Things have changed because we are under new management but change isn't a bad thing, like most people have complained about.
I have lived here for about a year now and haven't had much problem with anything, but then again I don't have a car, so I don't have to go through with a lot of issues that come up when you own a car.
The maintenace team is great and always very helpful. They also come pretty quickly and get it right the first time, which is always great. Sometimes things do go a little slow, if parts have to be ordered or something like that.
I don't know why people keep complaining so much, we live in San Francisco and rents are going to rise, that's just what you get with getting to live in such a great city and location...right in the middle of everything.

How many time does management have to post positive ratings to boost ratings. Renters see right through this.

Tell me about it. People want to live in San Francisco, but pay prices that you would find in the East Bay. Come on now you are located near Downtown Shopping Center, Sony Metreon, Pac Bell and Bart/Caltrain. So, people that are complaining need to go elsewhere because San Francisco is not the city for you.

I agree with Zippy this sure sounds like a management post it is soout of context with the majority. and from what I have seen most SF rents have been going down slightly not up.
