Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Place is too noisy. 101 Highway, neighbors, dogs, party people on weekends. Now next door is to build a homeless SRO shelter - more homeless at front door! Rent too high and keep raising it. You Can find safer, quieter and nicer places in the hood! Avoid and beware if you rent here!
