This building had management changes for the worse.In the past few months as the front door is swinging with new management with little on know expreience in the business. They clearly do not understand customer service as no one can make up their mind and they have to call someone. That someone never return calls. I think its a game of avoidance. The building used to be friendly, customer focused place where people cared about the tenants needs and filled them before being asked. It used to be very clean. The lack of interest, I think it comes from the new uppermanagement. We all are disapointed with the decisions upper management has made with the new changes. We moved into our new home and not a moment sooner. I will never recommend the living arangement to anyone. Section 8 programs may be the next way to go to get occupancy.
