This place is a dump! The management never has an answer. Ever since the new manager came in, the place has gone down in quality and has gone up in price, which makes NO sense! Rents are raising, but NOTHING is improving in the building! I wish Deborah was here...It felt better to come home back in May, then it is now. This doesn't feel like home anymore, just a temporary hotel!

The management of this building has gone to great lenghths to discredit Deborah because of their on ability to effectively manage a property. To the management, please don't blame others for your short falls. As you can see, it has only gotten worse.

After reading these responses for several months, I feel the need to respond. My name is Deborah ( the one everyone speaks of) and I quit my job directly because of the management company. ( I was never fired for my work or asked to leave) I enjoyed working with all the residents and have made many friends.The property was a fun place to be until upper management made new changes. I left Aurora because my vacations were cancelled by the new supervisor. Since I refused to held a prisoner, I made the decision to leave. It is truly unfortunate what has happened to a once lovely community that used to be called home. To all of you that have sent well wishes, I thank you! As another chapter in my life was closed, there are many new experiences wating.

Deborah: I just noticed your post. We are sorry you left and with the new changes in the building now we all understand that you were right! perhaps it is better for you also since these crazy Avalon people only want to keep their own team so that they can rip off the tenants. Good luck to you!
