There are several pluses to this place. Very nice and responsive onsite management team, location is excellent, weight room, and a lot of services that really help a busy person get through the week.

The negatives are that it is next to a freeway, over a market, and despite soundproofed windows, therefore there can be a lot of noise.

But the walls between the apartments are very soundproofed, you almost never hear your neighboors.

Yes, it is expensive, but so are most of other similar places in the SOMA area.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a while, (and they will do 3 or 6 month leases), you should definitely consider this building.
