Renters Beware From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Building just sold. New owner's are clueless to noise issues with bld. and hood. Clueless to how unsafe hood is at night. And how noisy Whole Foods is every AM. Rumor is rents will be raised! Already too high for what you get and for unsafe and very noisy hood. Many neighbors say if rent goes up they are out of here! And recent wave of fire alarms going off at all hours makes sleeping hard to do! Add that to club kid noise and car stereos every weekend till 3 am , and then apt. walls, and Highway 101 noise, and Whole Foods unpacking trucks at 4am everyday and you call this "Luxury Living"' Wake up folks and get a clue - lots better deals in better hoods for the buck! Don't rent here - renter be very aware of all the negatives!!!!
